It’s very disappointing that you can no longer share sound clips on the podcast. I haven’t heard this song, but the way you quoted the lyrics, it sounds like a standard blues song. As this was such an informal recording, I wouldn’t be surprised if Bob had improvised it on the spot, or even just a few days earlier. It’s possible that he never wrote down the words at that point. It was just his take on “500 Miles” and “16 Tons.”
