This is one of my favorites from Street-Legal. I first heard the album during the Clinton administration, so I always hear “in the Federal city you’ve been blown and shown pity” as sexual because To me it’s about Clinton. Obviously it’s not really unless Bob is a time traveler, but I cannot hear it any other way now.
