Chest me, brah!
My mom was a big Beatles fan (she saw them in concert twice as a young girl/teen), and I grew up listening to their albums. While I’m nowhere near as big a fan as David, George was my favorite member of the Beatles. So, it was great to learn more about this relationship that he and Dylan shared.
It seems natural that any Bob fan’s favourite Beatle would be George Harrison. I enjoyed the discussion of how this song can be seen as an expression of friendship – I love the strumming in unison seen in the Concert for Bangladesh footage. Cheers Pod Dylan team for another great episode – it’s the highlight of my week!
