  1. Good episode Chrindy. These are my favourite of your shows, hands down.

James Robinson spoke often of doing a follow up painted mini series with Tony Harris for Starman. The poster demon story was the impetus for it, with an untold story of Jack escorting a time displaced old man back to modern day Japan. I do hope that they get the chance to tell one last Jack Knight story.

    Keep ’em coming.

    1. That’s right! I remembered their untold story took Jack to Japan (you even see a hint of it in Annual #1, I believe, with Jack fighting a samurai), but I forgot it involved the poster.

      Chrindy? We’ve been Bennifered!!!

  2. Thanks for the trip through Starman memory lane, as usual. I thought, hey, you must be getting close to the point where I had to leave comics and where I’ll have to catch up before the next episode. Then I checked. I’ve got the series up through issue 50! It’s a talky series but a LOT happens, which might explain my impression.

    1. We’re only half-way there! Yeah, Starman is VERY talky, which is one reason why it’s more difficult to synopsize than say, a Detective issue for Knightcast. But the dialog is very important to the characters and plants lots of seeds that Robinson cultivates and grows throughout the 80 issue run.

      Chris
