  1. I have loved this show so much. Thank you for all your hard work and see you back for SUPERMAN III. I just ordered the novelization for III and can’t wait to revisit the film with the two of you.

      1. I remember ordering the novelization through the Scholastic book club form at school. It was…how shall I put this…a little more adult oriented than the movie. Not to say it was porn or anything, there were a few passages that I thought were pretty steamy for a book I got at school.

        1. I now have the novelizations for III and SUPERGIRL but yet to order QUEST FOR PEACE. As of today, I just finished the novelization of SUPERMAN III and have to say I didn’t enjoy it all that much. I’m going to rewatch the film soon but it seems to be as… off and wrong as the film. I didn’t feel a distinct Superman tone to it. I didn’t find it particularly adult either. If you want a horny ass book, read the novelization for FLASH GORDON. I read it just before SUPERMAN III and that one had sex on the brain throughout. It really added a lot to the film but incredibly sexed up with mentions of sex clubs, transvestism and even a BDSM relationship between Princess Aura and Ming.

      2. It’s actually thanks to Shag that I picked it up. On the year-end recap when he was talking about TV tie-ins, I had the spark to start looking into various novelizations I’ve always wanted. Soon, I’ll hopefully be able to order others like SUPERGIRL and QUEST FOR PEACE along with some other paperbacks. With Gothosmansion’s recollection, I’m doubly excited now to dive into III since it’s the most overlooked film in the franchise for me.
