  1. Okay, #1 I would listen to this regularly if it were real. But of course, it WAS real, give or take. Lots of beautiful nerd love for the subject matter.

I agree on both your choices of bet MacGuffin. One is thematic and sent the franchise flying. The other makes perfect sense from the host of Secret Origins.

The monkey? Yeah, I might totally have gone there. Good job Siskoid of Earth-2.

Ads: Now *I* want to do a panel by panel micro-podcast! Damn you Chris, I spent all night looking at old comics to figure out how I could!

  2. Why isn’t this a thing?!?

It seems weird to genuinely comment on a gag episode, but seriously…do we think Mutt will appear in the next Indy flick? Is this Shia’s comeback vehicle?

    Chris

    1. More likely we get a caption, like that Simpsons episode, that said “Poochie died on his way back to his home planet.”

  3. Short version:

Wonderfully fun episode. A little sad Temple of Doom got knocked more than Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but fair is fair.

Also, who knew Ryan and Nathaniel knew my thoughts and writing style so well?

  4. This isn’t a thing? WHY ISN’T THIS A THING?! I’ve been all over looking for Temple of Doomcast like it’s A THING! And to think I was actually buying in to the idol as the top Maguffin. Also: Crystal Skull is totally not that bad.

    1. All I can tell you, Jim, is there *might* be a legit Indiana Jones podcast from the Fire and Water Network somewhere down the line.

But I’m glad you liked the episode!
