Great discussion. I agree it is so funny how Frasier and Lilith are at the bar constantly when they have a small child, and then Frasier gives that speech about how a child takes up all of a parent’s time. I guess their 16-year-old babysitter is making a lot more money since Lilith became a regular cast member.
I didn’t realize until this rewatch that Leah Remini was in this episode. I knew she was in the Season 11 episode where she has a more prominent role marrying the retired cop who’s on disability. I actually showed that episode to my mom years ago because she was a fan of King of Queens and Leah Remini.

One thing I thought about was Sam babysat little Freddie last season. Now, doing that again was not going to work, and a second adult would have solved the problems Sam had. But why would Frasier dare present this as an option at all? And seemingly without recalling how things went last time? Kind of odd.
