Geez, you guys did almost TOO good a job covering this episode, I really have nothing to add! All I have is lots of head nodding and laughter. It’s a fantastic episode, excellent writing, skeevy but likable guest star, another nail into the coffin of Sam and Diane’s relationship, and Norm being Norm when it comes to women. It’s so good!
Fred Dryer is so damn good as Dave, I would have loved more, but it ran the risk of him overshadowing Ted and Shelley. It’s for the best he appeared sparingly, but when he did, pure gold.
Diane biting Sam’s lip at the end. There’s no way to fake that. That’s 2 actors who trust each other to pull that off. Amazing.
And hey, it was excellent hearing Rick on Ryan’s show! You guys did great together! Please team up again soon.
