October 11,1984 was the day of the vice presidential debate between Bush and Ferraro.
Thanks. I think Omar should’ve known that.
There have been hints across the run of the show that Sam is not as good a lover as he thinks he is, and the exchange you guys highlighted is one of them. Or, at the very least, he is past his prime in that department,
Always love having Omar on the network!
So we’ve just gotten through the season opening 2-parter, and already there’s a crack in Dianne and Frazier’s relationship. But I’m sure it’s nothing. Yeah….
Kelsey is so good, and continues to be believable in his love of Dianne, friendship of Sam, and being alternately aware of what’s going on, and utterly trusting enough to believe them. It really gives the Sam-Dianne story something it needed: a triangle.
And Cliff. Oh Cliff. That whole story was hilarious! His final scene with Louis was so good, and I love how Louis subtly makes it clear, “I know what you did.” So good!
Great discussion as always!
