It’s amazing how the Frasier/Lilith episodes always tend to be among the best. Their relationship helped to smooth the transition from the Diane years to the Rebecca years. Along with the fact that Kirstie Alley fit in so well with the cast from the start. As much as I liked Diane, I’m not missing her, and it’s cool they can even drop in an occasional joke about her without distracting from the new dynamics this season.
very late reply, but totally agree, Lilith was my favourite of the peripheral characters- she really sold it
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Frasier is quoting Sondheim’s Company when he says “_____ is breaking up this old gang of mine.”
It’s my favorite musical.
