The first time I saw Frasier running with scissors was when they played that clip on the 200th episode special. I remember thinking that Frasier looked like Jack Nicholson while running around the bar. I think it was his physical appearance as well as the crazed look in his face.
I can see that resemblance in that moment.
Norm should probably wipe that smirk off of his face; given his age, build and prodigious alcohol consumption, he is – by far – the most likely candidate for getting gynaecomastia in the bar, even with the reported side effects of Cliff’s pills.
