  1. Congrats on making the slog through Superman 3!!
I recently rewatched it and still consider it a disjointed mess. Even the Lana scenes aren’t enough for me to recommend it.

I understand your saying how this experience has taught you the importance of loving a film to do a minute by minute review. Still, I must ask is there a patreon amount that would persuade you to endure Superman 4? Maybe we can start the bidding at $5000? Thanks again for this enjoyable series!

If I were ever to attempt a minute by minute podcast my top 3 movies would be:
    The Sting (1973)
    Nashville (1975)
    Annie Hall (1977)

Finally, Goldfinger is hands down the best Bond film.

    1. Ever since Rob unveiled CKMM, I’ve been daydreaming about what movies I think I am equipped to “Minute”. Blade Runner is probably the best answer I can come up with.

        1. Why isn’t there a Burt Reynolds podcast? I attended his one man show where he discussed his career back in the 1990s.

          1
  2. Putting my suggestion in for John Ford Minute – then skedaddling over the hill….

Seriously, congratulations Rob and Chris for reaching this milestone in covering Superman I, Superman I – I, and finally, Superman I,yi,I.
Though in the case of III, it may have been a fencepost as much as a milestone.

I have to admit this is a movie that has its moments, but it is plagued by so much effemmera, it really is difficult to stay interested, and I’m pretty sure that I feel the fatigue in your coverage, excellent though it was.
Thank you so much for your perseverance, expertise and even the opportunity to allow my amateurish self into the guest seat for one installment. I’m looking forward to the comic adaption, and I’m a little shocked that I don’t recall it. I know that I still have the Superman 4 adaptation (It doesn’t deserve Roman numerals), but I imagine the coldest day in Hell before I hear the current Movie Minute team cover that, and to be frank, I doubt I’d listen. No, I’d listen, but I would not be following along on video – my copy remains in the set gathering photons.

Congratulations, once again, gentlemen, and I wish you a better film to Minutiae. But it has been a hoot — and did I mention that Superman III was filmed in Alberta…..?
