If Leslie Anne Warren were Lois *and* Valerie Perrine was still in the movie, I think my 8 yr old heart would’ve exploded.
Per Rob’s observation, maybe Miss Tessmacher is her…connection? Lex had to build his criminal empire SOMEHOW.
I should have mentioned Ann Archer DID get to play opposite a man in tights in the John Ritter comedy Hero At Large…which I’ve always had a soft spot for!
I agree. I like Ann Archer as a actress and to me she was a close second as Lois. I also agree that Hero at Large is a underrated film. I don’t think it was released on DVD but only as a on demand one for WB. (Maybe as a future episode of Film and Water.)
Yeah, I think the DVD I have may be a MOD, but who can keep up these days? Either way, I’m happy to have it.
Rob, if you ever do Hero At Large on Film and Water, keep me in mind…although I believe Michael Bailey is also quite a fan of it.
