Secret Pour-igins: The Margarita
Cocktail: Nightwing Fallen
Ingredients (per drink):
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 jalapeno slices
- 2 oz Patron Blanco
- 1/2 oz Trip Sec, Cointreau or GM
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish:
- salt rim and jalapeno slice
Instructions
- Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge, dip the rim in salt to coat, and set aside
- Add the jalapeño slices to a shaker and gently muddle. If you don’t have a muddler, you can use the back of a spoon.
- Add the Patron, orange liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup, plus ice, and shake
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a jalapeño slice and lime wedge
