Secret Pour-igins: Maple Syrup

Cocktail: Maple Leap

Ingredients

• 2 oz whiskey of choice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz maple syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes of orange bitters (or any bitters of your choice)
• Pinch of rosemary
• Ginger ale

Instructions

• Add OJ, maple syrup, lemon juice, rosemary, and bitters in shaker and stir well
• Add whiskey to shaker
• Pour contents into cocktail glass with 1 large cube or filled with ice
• Top with ginger ale
• Garnish with lemon or orange twist

Mocktail Maple Leap

Ingredients

• 2 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz maple syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes of orange bitters (or any bitters of your choice)
• Pinch of rosemary
• Ginger ale

Instructions

Secret Pour-igins: Our Bourbon at War

Cocktail: You Too, Scar Face!

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Bourbon
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
•  to 10 Mint Leaves
• 2 Lemon Wheels
• Ginger Beer

Garnish

• Lemon Twist
• Mint Sprig

Instructions

• In shaker, add five to ten mint leaves, 2 lemon wheels, ½ oz. lemon juice, and 3 dashes of bitters
• Gently muddle
• Add Bourbon and stir
• Strain into rocks glass or highball with ice already in it
• Top with ginger beer
• Garnish with lemon twist and mint sprig

Non-Alcoholic You Too, Scar Face!

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
•  to 10 Mint Leaves
• 2 Lemon Wheels
• Ginger Beer

Garnish

• Lemon Twist
• Mint Sprig

Instructions

Secret Pour-igins: Old Fashioned

Cocktail: The Best at What I Drink, and What I Drink is an Old Fashioned.

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 teaspoon water
• 2 ounces bourbon (RAY is using bourbon and BRETT is using rye)

Garnish

• Orange twist

Instructions

• Add the sugar and bitters into a mixing glass, then add the water, and muddle until the sugar is nearly dissolved
• Fill the mixing glass with ice, add the bourbon, and stir until well-chilled.
• Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube or multiple ice cubes
• Wipe an orange twist around the glass – which expresses the oil of the orange peel, then drop it into the glass to garnish
