Just so you guys know, a CEO living in the penthouse of their corporate building is not as uncommon as you might think. For those that are unaware, I am an estimator for a mechanical and plumbing contractor. While I was working in the Philadelphia area, one of the projects that I worked on was the second Comcast tower in downtown Philly. This building contains, among other things, three floors of television studios, an employee gym, several restaurants, and a two floor CEO suite. Whether Brian L. Roberts lives there full time or only stays there when he’s in town is really not the point. There is a place in the tallest building in Philadelphia where the CEO can live, just like Ross Webster or the Wolfman/Byrne Lex Luthor.
Ross Webster’s penthouse apartment wasn’t nearly as impressive as Bruce Wayne’s penthouse above the Wayne Foundation building.
